The company

 dkl was founded by David Knowles Leak who has been a senior director at sales and general management level in major UK, USA and European corporates. He raised venture capital and led a buyout of UK group of companies in the teeth of a recession, and he also established trading company which opened up hitherto unexploited supply lines from China and Russia. David, who has a degree in Theoretical Mechanics from Nottingham University is now a respected business consultant: he writes on, speaks on, advises in, and delivers, strategy, performance management and leadership development.
David is also the Joint Practise Area Leader for Coaching and Development at Link Management Group which specialises in consultancy, interim management and project management. Link Performance Management is the UK and Irish partner for GoalTrak™EV, the only web-based, collaborative, strategic goals and performance management system that creates a meaningful, multilevel system of goals that are driven by and aligned with, the vision, mission and strategy of the organisation. He is also authorised to administer the Thomas Personal Profile Analysis and its related instruments which are used in recruitment, job compatibility, redeployment, motivation, training, development and staff appraisal. All our coaches have have either, run their own business or, been successful as corporate managers.
